Job Description
As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and warehouse staff supervision. Your main goal will be to ensure efficient operations, optimize productivity, and maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and track inventory levels to minimize stock-outs and overstock situations
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures
- Coordinate and prioritize shipments and deliveries to meet customer demands
- Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Implement and optimize inventory control systems to minimize errors and maximize efficiency
