Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective utilization of space, resources, and equipment. You will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing storage, and managing shipping and receiving processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiencies.
- Manage and lead a team of warehouse personnel, providing coaching and guidance.
- Oversee inventory control and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve on-time and accurate order fulfillment.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure timely supply of required materials.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
