Job Description
As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations within our warehouse facility. Your main objective will be to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the warehouse, from inventory management to shipping and receiving.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and supervising warehouse staff, ensuring proper training and performance management.
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize warehouse operations and minimize costs.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with purchasing to ensure adequate stock.
- Implementing and enforcing safety measures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborating with other departments to meet customer demands and timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in warehouse management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
