Job Description
Oversees the whole operation of the Consigned/MC stores and Receiving area. Coordinates all the reporting requirements and proposes systems improvements as necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily check and sign receiving report.
- Checks/verifies all entries in the PMR’s prior to issuance to monitor and control movement of all materials.
- Prepares inventory report for consigned and turnkey materials weekly and monthly summary report.
- Coordinate with planner, checks the material requirement of the line based on monthly/weekly forecast.
- Responsible for securing and monitoring of storage of materials.
- Oversee and assist in the manual inventory taking.
- Coordinate with purchasing for inventory replenishment and advice/alerts purchasing on critical stock.
- Update specs accordingly.
