Job Description
Department: Operations
Location: Philippines – Manila
The Operation teams at Shopee cover the end-to-end operational process, overseeing various functions including Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, and Fraud. The team monitors and analyzes operational KPIs regionally, conducting root cause analysis to ensure operational efficiency.
Job Description:
- In-charge of validating all inventory items in the warehouse, managing daily movements and reconciliations.
- Manage inventory discrepancies and minimize warehouse costs efficiently.
- Validate cycle counts discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Handle accounting and filing for damage claims, identifying responsible parties.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder
- 5-7 years experience in E-commerce, Warehousing, or Logistics
- Strong sense of ownership and operational discipline
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Supervisory experience, knowledge of Warehouse Management System, and proficiency in MS Excel
- Willing to work in Bulacan
