Job Description
The Operations team at Shopee is hiring for the Warehouse Inbound Lead position in Manila. Responsibilities include overseeing the inbound process, managing team members, and driving operational efficiency. Join us to analyze KPIs, improve SOPs, and ensure operational excellence.
- Oversee inbound process and team to achieve KPIs
- Manage schedule and attendance
- Ensure skilled manpower and continuous improvement
- Drive efficiency through SOP enhancements
- Monitor and process deliveries promptly
- Notify on non-conformance or discrepancies
- Immediate processing of transfers
- Provide reports for internal performance tracking
- Bachelor’s degree graduate
- 2-5 years experience in E-commerce, Logistics, or Warehousing
- Strong ownership and analytical skills
- Supervisory experience with process improvement background
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Apps
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management System
- Open to relocation in Davao
