Job Description
Qualification
- Graduate of any 4-year Business course.
- Must have Team Leadership Experience in warehousing or logistics operations.
- Proficient in oral and written communications.
- Proficient in ERP and warehousing systems such as SAP and WMS.
- Willing to start ASAP.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily attendance records, recruitment coordination, and manpower headcount updates.
- Monitor warehouse staffing needs and operations.
- Align work schedules by allocating employees to positions and shifts.
- Develop and submit reports on staffing tasks.
- Handle timekeeping and time-off requests.
- Coordinate orientation and training plans.
- Ensure efficient warehouse operations adhering to standard procedures.
- Check and secure accurate inventories.
- Maintain warehouse file documents and checklists.
