Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for checking of incoming and outgoing items related to deliveries.
- Check items based on the model, description, serial numbers and quantity, indicated in the documents (delivery receipt, packing list and service forms).
- Properly pack the items to be shipped or delivered to the client.
- Arrange product or materials according to their respective destination.
- Indicate the number of box, measurements, weight, and value of materials or products for shipping records and files.
- To accurately, consistently and safely follow directions; involved in checking receiving, stock rotation, and in loading or unloading of trucks.
- Ensures that the items to be released are correct and complete.
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment/tools used in packing and transferring of items like strap machine, pallet jack, push carts, dispenser, etc.
- Responsible for releasing of items.
- Assign for scheduling of forwarders and preparing documents needed for items to be released.
- Help checker in arranging, packing, carrying of items, and writing of details for shipping records and files.
- Forward items with document, to the person assigned for delivery and return.
Qualifications:
- At least High School level
- With initiative, courteous and can work well with little supervision
- Hardworking, trustworthy, disciplined
- Has experience or knowledgeable in warehouse functions
- Fast learner and willing to be trained
- Comes to work regularly and on time
- Dedicated to work and is willing to work overtime
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Salary: From Php520.00 per day
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
