Job Description
– Ensures the parcel sorting process is followed by all operators, ensuring parcels are efficiently sorted and processed within allocated timeframes
– Monitors the accurate recording of physical parcels that arrive at the Hub
– Monitors the validity of inbound exceptions left at Hub floor and ensure the event capture process is performed accurately. Also ensures the return process is completed and follows established process.
– Facilitates and monitors the effective implementation of reattempt follow up activity and updates.
– Assists in managing the failed delivery storage
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of working experience
- At least High School Graduate
- Willing to work 9AM-6PM from Monday-Saturday
- Can start ASAP.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
