Job Description
– Ensures the parcel sorting process is followed by all operators, ensuring parcels are efficiently sorted and processed within allocated timeframes
– Monitors the accurate recording of physical parcels that arrive at the Hub
– Monitors the validity of inbound exceptions left at Hub floor and ensure the event capture process is performed accurately. Also ensures the return process is completed and follows the established process.
– Facilitates and monitors the effective implementation of reattempt follow-up activity and updates.
– Assists in managing the failed delivery storage
Qualifications:
– At least 6 months of working experience
– At least High School Graduate
– Willing to work 9AM-6PM from Monday-Saturday
– Can start ASAP.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
