Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Applicant/s must be a graduate of Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• With a minimum of one (1) year of experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Knowledge of Quality Workplace.
• Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights as needed.
• Demonstrates familiarity with all warehouse safety precautions and is able to observe these at all times.
• Good communication skills, essential for working with other employees and with customers.
• Attention to details and deadline-oriented.
• Amenable to work in Pasig City.
• Can start immediately.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for preparing delivery receipts of materials schedule for delivery/dispatching to respective project sites.
• Ensure the recording and monitoring of incoming and outgoing materials, etc.
• Keeping records of all documentation relating to the dispatch and receipt of goods.
• Report any stock issues or discrepancies in delivery to the warehouse supervisor or purchasing department.
• Responsible for the preparation of monthly summary reports of delivery receipts, consumable materials, tools and equipment, backloading, and issuance.
• Recording and maintaining inventory of all goods and materials at all times.
• Maintain records such as requisition, delivery receipt, and other forms related to warehouse activity.
• Reports to the warehouse supervisor or management to alert them of any issues with shipping, deliveries, or receiving.
• Assist in doing periodic inventory to various project warehouses and the main warehouse.
• Performs other tasks as assigned from time to time.
