Job Description
– Responsible for the receipt, issuance, handling, and storage of all materials and finished goods, including effective dispatching and delivery to customers. Also responsible for updating real-time inventory reports.
– Schedule all deliveries of finished goods to customers in coordination with the Sales Department. Maintain a good working relationship with service providers and freight forwarders, if any.
– Ensure the effective implementation of systems in accordance with established procedures. Ensure that all personnel follow these inventory procedures.
– Custodian for spare parts, office supplies, and consumables.
– Ensure proper storage and handling of all fertilizers and other warehouse items. Ensure the effective implementation of all best warehousing practices such as First In First Out (FIFO), proper stacking, and product area designation.
– Responsible for the proper housekeeping of offices and warehouses.
– Ensure the real-time posting/updating of stock inventory and timely report accurate reports to concerned users.
– Proper maintenance of company-owned delivery vehicles and warehouse equipment, including maintenance and records update.
– Guide and direct activities of office and warehouse personnel as they relate to warehousing responsibilities.
– Observe the Company’s Policies, Rules, and Regulations in accordance with the Employee Handbook.
– Monitor closely the stock levels of raw materials. Establish reorder points and reorder quantities.
– Perform other related works as may be assigned by a superior from time to time.
