Job Description
Warehousing
- Pre-weekly inventory
- Preparing Physical Count
- Conducting monthly inventory (Physical Count) with the presence of accounting staff.
- Daily Inventory monitoring, it entails:
- Issued Materials – issued items for a particular item base from BOQ given by the design team for different projects.
- Received Materials – received and check item order stocking or pr from each project’s requisitions.
- Verifying deliverables item at the staging area.
- Preparing tools, Materials, Mechanisms every mobilization.
- Monitoring of Power tools and tools.
- Checking and inspect items to ensure that they are intact for everyday mobilization.
- Preparing and Provide DR’s for each item, panels, and materials that subject for delivery to each site.
- Reporting daily transactions to messenger group chats monitoring.
- Securing all Delivery Receipts (DR) original or photocopy of materials from purchasing.
- Checking backloads from sites.
- Cleaning both warehouse and plant.
- In and out tally of items from warehouse stocking.
- Coordination and cooperation with the production team led by Jayson (myself) and discuss plan deadlines and also the availability of materials to be used per project.
- Perform other duties when needed.
