Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse in accordance with operational and new business plans and targets.
- Responsible for daily scheduling of warehouse personnel on the assigned shift to ensure proper staffing for productive operations.
- Administers duties to achieve daily KPI performance goals.
- Directs activities including dispatching, receiving, replenishments, and inventory control.
- Ensures proper maintenance of warehouse equipment and efficient distribution functions.
- Ensures orders are processed promptly and in compliance with cut-off times.
- Implements Good Warehousing Practices and handles special projects and services.
- Enforces work and safety rules, communicates changes, and interprets company policies.
- Monitors warehouse supplies usage and performs assigned functions.
