Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor manages daily end-to-end warehouse operations—receiving, shipping, inventory control, and logistics—ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with SOPs. The role tracks performance metrics, maintains warehouse readiness, leads and develops staff, enforces inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations, resolves operational issues, and drives continuous improvement to meet KPIs and customer requirements.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years warehouse and 3 years management experience; in-person, full-time
