Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Leadership: Manage, train, and supervise warehouse staff efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for productivity enhancement.
- Communication: Coordinate with other departments for smooth operation.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on warehouse activities.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; preferred degree in logistics or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in warehouse operations, with supervisory experience.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management.
- Proficiency in warehouse personnel management.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
