Job Description
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing OSM construction materials. Ensure accurate tracking and recording of materials inventory, conduct regular audits, and implement efficient inventory control measures.
Coordinate with the construction team to fulfill requests for OSM materials, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to support ongoing operations and maintenance activities. Inspect incoming materials for quality and compliance with specifications, and enforce quality standards in storage and distribution.
Uphold and enforce safety regulations and guidelines for the handling and storage of materials, promoting a secure and hazard-free working environment. Work closely with the procurement team to optimize stock levels, anticipate material needs, and communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers.
Supervise warehouse staff, provide training, and ensure the team is working efficiently to meet operational goals. Generate regular reports on inventory levels, material usage, and warehouse performance. Communicate relevant information to management and other relevant departments.
Help Manager in identifying opportunities for process improvement within the warehouse to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline operations.
