Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflows, and maintaining a high level of accuracy in inventory management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of warehouse staff, including hiring and training new employees
- Plan, organize, and monitor the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods in the warehouse
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize inventory discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures
- Create and maintain accurate documentation and reports
- Collaborate with other departments to identify process improvement opportunities
To succeed in this role, you should have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of warehouse operations. Prior experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse setting is highly desirable.
