Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages inbound/outbound operations related concerns
- Inbound/Outbound operations process improvement/rollouts
- Ensures trips follow the dispatch plan
- Monitors and improves aging, carrier dwell time & transit time
- Monitors and improves 3PL productivity
- Monitors and improves carrier performance
- Monitors and improves dispatch volume
- Manages Third Party Billing (TPB) and claims settlement to 3rd Party Provider
- Manages supplies and requisition in Zycus and Oracle
QUALIFICATIONS / COMPETENCIES:
- Graduate of Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Management courses, or relevant experience with diploma
- Minimum of 3-year experience in warehouse or distribution center setting
- With deep knowledge in dispatching and inbound receiving in nationwide distribution
- Has experience/projects related to process improvements
- With knowledge in KPI measurement and reporting
- Good working knowledge of different warehouse systems
- Has sense of ownership and urgency; resolves issues per agreed approaches, escalates urgent / critical issues to appropriate parties
- Has continuous improvement mentality
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php25,00.00 per month
