Job Description
Are you a highly motivated individual with excellent leadership skills? We are currently seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including supervising a team of warehouse staff and ensuring efficient and timely execution of tasks.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage warehouse staff to achieve operational goals
- Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of goods
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures
- Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance their skills and productivity
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with inventory management software
