Job Description
Bestank Manufacturing Corporation is actively looking for a skilled Warehouse Team Leader to manage daily operations in our warehouse. The ideal candidate will oversee all warehousing activities, develop and implement effective policies, and ensure adherence to company standards and regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehousing operations.
- Develop and enforce warehouse management policies.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in warehousing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
