Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintaining a Clean and Safe Environment:
- Upheld rigorous standards of cleanliness and safety within the warehouse.
- Strict adherence to warehouse instructions for the precise assembly of loads.
Efficient Pallet Management:
- Located and expertly removed pallets of items from storage locations.
- Utilized various equipment to ensure swift movement.
Precise Shipment Loading:
- Organized and loaded shipments into shipping trucks with meticulous attention to detail.
- Stacked products for optimal efficiency.
Adaptable Order Adjustments:
- Promptly identified changes in orders and made adjustments with agility.
- Provided crucial support to colleagues for smooth cargo movements.
Effective Communication with Management:
- Collaborated directly with management to ensure completion of daily tasks.
- Worked towards fulfilling established quotas with dedication.
Collaboration with Truckers and Ramp Personnel:
- Worked closely with truckers and ramp personnel for proper loading of cargo.
- Fostered a collaborative environment to enhance overall efficiency.
Productivity Excellence:
- Accountable for meeting productivity requirements and achieving Loading Duration KPI.
- Strategically staged completed pallets.
