Job Description
· Receive incoming goods and verify the accuracy of shipments against invoices or other documents.
· Inspect and record any damages or discrepancies, promptly reporting issues to the supervisor.
· Prepare and pack orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy in item selection and proper packaging.
· Coordinate with logistics partners to arrange timely and efficient deliveries.
· Generate invoices based on the dispatched goods and ensure accurate documentation.
· Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
· Monitor stock levels to anticipate potential shortages or overages and report findings to management.
· Organize the warehouse space to optimize efficiency and ensure a safe working environment.
· Adhere to proper storage procedures and maintain cleanliness in all warehouse areas.
· Performs other related duties which may be assigned from time to time.
