Job Description
1. Receives and accepts delivery of supplies, material and equipment, record in the logbook.
2. Verifies items received and quantity between their labels and delivery documents. Report any discrepancies immediately.
3. Maintains records of all stock received.
4. Places items received in proper storage areas and in accordance with the established storage system.
5. Monitors and audits inventory level of stock item on a daily basis and notifies the Purchasing Department Head and Warehouse Unit Head when the standard quantity is below minimum.
6. Maintains warehouse in a clean and orderly condition.
7. Release item requested in the approved Stock Requisition and Issuance Slip (SRIS).
9. Counterchecks Production Order if the requested materials are tallied in the SRIS.
10. Follows up request item to Purchasing Department or Warehouse Unit.
11. Performs other task as may be required or assigned.
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 10 months
Pay: Php462.00 – Php550.00 per day
