Job Description
Maintains inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items and assisting in securing warehouses.
Provides assistance in preparing daily Delivery receipt going to Project / Job Site.
Assist in maintaining the storage area by organizing floor space, adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
Assists in delivery of supplies and equipment to Projects and Clients by receiving and transferring items.
Receiving deliveries from various suppliers.
Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts for project, Meister and head office and reconciling variances.
Preparing materials and equipment requested by project / office management.
Arranging warehouse stocks for proper monitoring and checking of items requested from different departments and clients.
Assists in loading of materials / equipment to be delivered at the job site / project.
Other relevant tasks which may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
