Job Description
Site Location: Sta. Rosa, Laguna
Roles and Responsibilities
- Receiving incoming stocks, tools, equipment and raw materials in the assigned company project site
- Managing, organizing and releasing stocks, tools, equipment and raw materials in the on-site warehouse
- label, maintain, organize items
- ensure that items are intact, in good condition and stored properly
- Report any losses or damage to items
- Prepare and complete item requests and orders for delivery or pull-out forms for return of items to the company warehouse
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation in the on-site warehouse
- Complete daily logs of the inventory (received and released items)
- Generate daily, weekly, monthly inventory reports of the quantity and quality of items in the project site assigned
- Coordinate with the logistics department for deliveries and pullouts
- Ensures items are complete and are not stolen or damaged
- Ensures employees log in in their Daily Time Records (DTR) and biometric data in the biometric machine
Qualifications
- 1-2 years previous warehouse experience preferred
- Experience in the construction industry an advantage
- Good communication, organizational, time management mathematical skills
- Honest, Dependable and Reliable
- Computer Literacy required
