Job Description
Are you tech-savvy and passionate about maintaining a seamless online presence? We are seeking a dedicated Website Support Specialist to join our team. As a Website Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of our franchisees’ websites.
Responsibilities:
- Website Maintenance: Monitor and maintain individual websites for our franchisees. Perform regular updates, ensure plugin functionality, and troubleshoot any technical issues.
- Content Management: Collaborate with franchisees to make necessary edits and updates to website content, ensuring it aligns with their specific needs and goals.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Address technical challenges promptly to ensure all websites are functioning optimally. Identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
Flexible Hours: Enjoy the freedom of flexible working hours, allowing you to manage your tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in website management, including WordPress and plugins.
- Strong communication skills to work closely with franchisees.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently.
- Prior experience in website support or a related field is a plus.
