Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints using established scripts and procedures.
- Collect information, investigate issues, and record customer interactions.
- Promptly communicate relevant alternatives for resolution.
- Inform clients about available service options and evaluate customer needs.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
- Assist lower-level employees with troubleshooting.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent; Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Salary: Php20,500.00 – Php30,00.00 per month.
