Job Description

Join our team at Sapient Customer Solutions (SCS)! We are looking for Chat Assistants with excellent English communication skills. Candidates can be high school graduates, college undergraduates, vocational graduates, or K12/senior high school graduates. A commitment to start ASAP and work on-site with a shifting schedule is required.

Your primary responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services. This full-time, permanent position offers a monthly salary ranging from Php 18,00.00 to Php 28,00.00, along with benefits such as health insurance, additional leave, and paid training.
