Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for a Weekend Off Chat/Email Support Representative at SapientBPO Makati. In this vital role, you will:
- Assist customers with their inquiries.
- Resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
To qualify, you should have:
- High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
- Good Communication Skills
- 6 months of BPO experience (any account accepted) or a college graduate without BPO experience.
