Caldwell Communications are continuously looking for candidates to join our team. We are currently seeking individuals for the following positions:
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to address concerns via phone or written correspondence
- Resolve customer issues promptly and aim for first-contact resolution
- Match customer needs with Clients’ products and services
- Utilize negotiation skills to gain customer buy-in
- Share relevant information with clients and colleagues
