Position Overview:
The Healthcare Call Center Account Representative provides excellent customer service to healthcare clients, patients, and providers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accurate information on healthcare services, insurance, billing, and scheduling.
- Resolve customer issues effectively. Update patient info in system.
- Communicate policy changes to customers.
