Position Overview:
The Shopping Account Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to shoppers, handling inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection and recommendations.
- Monitor and track orders, providing updates to customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders, billing, and delivery.
- Adhere to call center protocols and quality standards.
