Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our team at SapientBPO in Ortigas, Pasig.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- Non-BPO experience with excellent communication skills
- Fresh Graduates welcome
- Previous BPO experience is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicate with customers through various channels
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
- Have in-depth product knowledge
