Job Description
- Assemble/fabricate – equipment and metal structures
- Fit/weld according to the drawing specifications
- Inform management of needed maintenance operations.
- Inspect product and make their list
- Interpret blueprints, sketches, and diagrams
- Keep a record and maintain inventory of the part
- Maintain a neat clean work area
- Maintain punctuality and daily time record
- Observe safety reports and regulations
- Operate mobile cranes
- Perform machine-to-machine material handling
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Produce metal products based on employer requirements
- Provide guidance and training to others
- Repair metal structures of different sizes
- Set up and perform the welding operation
- Show mutual respect for co-workers
- Use basic hand tools
- Ready to work any other duty if assigned
- Know beam structure
Requirement:
- Candidate at least Vocational Graduate
- Advantage if have knowledge (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW)
- With TESDA certificate NCII
- With at least one (1) year experience in fabricating
- Knowledgeable in machine repairing and manufacturing tools, metal structures, and equipment
- Can work under minimal supervision
