Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Wellbeing Specialist to join our team. As a Wellbeing Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing initiatives to promote mental health and overall well-being in the workplace.
Your main duties will include conducting assessments, providing counseling services, and delivering workshops on stress management and work-life balance. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure a positive and healthy work environment for all employees.
The ideal candidate must have a degree in Psychology or a related field, with experience in mental health support and wellness programs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
