Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Wellness Manager to design and implement comprehensive employee health programs that enhance workplace wellbeing. You will manage wellness budgets, coordinate with vendors, lead workshops and fitness classes, oversee health screenings, and track outcomes to demonstrate participation and ROI.
- Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to align initiatives with organizational goals.
- Produce regular reports and maintain program metrics to inform continuous improvement.
Qualifications: minimum 3 years of experience in wellness or HR program management, strong project-management and communication skills, and knowledge of health-promotion best practices.
