Job Description
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as West Malay Slang Bilingual Customer Service representatives. As a bilingual customer service representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers in both English and West Malay Slang, ensuring that their needs are met effectively and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving complaints, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, both in English and West Malay Slang, are essential for this role.
Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided to ensure that you are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in this position.
