Job Description
The Back Office Manager is crucial in managing queued orders by distributing tasks to the team according to capacity and the client’s initial payroll schedule. This role requires effective coordination and constant communication with analysts, regional, and sales partners to ensure timely order setup completion.
The ideal candidate must possess at least 2 years of leadership experience for external candidates and be at least G6 for internal candidates.
