Job Description
Join Tasq Technology as a WFM Assistant Manager, onsite in Pasay, with night shift availability. We seek a motivated individual with 4 years of experience in Workforce Management and 2 years in Scheduling and Forecasting.
Responsibilities include leading a team of WFM Analysts, generating forecasts, and creating staffing models. Proficiency in Blue Pumpkin/Impact 360 or Aspect eWFM is essential.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to Php62,00.00 monthly and additional benefits. A bachelor’s degree is required.
