Job Description
We are actively seeking a committed WFM Real Time Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in monitoring real-time performance to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Your core responsibilities will include analyzing call volumes, adjusting staffing levels accordingly, and making real-time modifications to uphold service level agreements. You will work collaboratively with multiple departments to refine workflow processes and enhance overall performance.
The ideal applicant should demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Prior experience in workforce management and proficiency with WFM tools are highly preferred.
