Job Description
Ayuda Business Management Solution Inc. is looking for a dedicated WFM Scheduler to manage intra-day operations in our Manila office. The ideal candidate will efficiently handle staffing and service levels, create reports for stakeholders, and ensure performance metrics are met.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage staffing and scheduling effectively.
- Generate timely, accurate performance reports.
- Drive adherence to schedules and communicate with clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of WFM experience in a call center.
- Proficient in Excel and WFM systems.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php27,00.00 – Php30,00.00/month
