Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a WFM Scheduler. As a WFM Scheduler, you will be responsible for creating and managing efficient workforce schedules to optimize operations and ensure maximum employee productivity.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Creating and maintaining accurate employee schedules based on forecasted demand
- Ensuring proper staffing levels are maintained to meet service level goals
- Monitoring and adjusting schedules as necessary to address any unforeseen changes or events
- Collaborating with various departments to gather the necessary data for scheduling
- Analyzing historical data and performance metrics to optimize scheduling processes
Requirements:
- Prior experience in workforce management or scheduling is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using scheduling software and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
