Job Description
A WFM Scheduler is responsible for creating and maintaining staff schedules in a call center or customer service environment. They play a crucial role in ensuring optimal staffing levels to meet customer demands while minimizing costs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and updating schedules to meet volume and service level objectives
- Monitoring real-time adherence and taking appropriate actions to address any deviations
- Analyzing historical data to forecast future staffing needs
- Collaborating with workforce management and operations teams to optimize scheduling efficiency
- Communicating schedule changes to agents and addressing their scheduling concerns
