Job Description
As a Workforce Supervisor or Workforce Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the team’s day-to-day workforce operations. This includes monitoring staff scheduling, managing staffing levels, optimizing workforce efficiency, and ensuring service level goals are met.
You will also be involved in forecasting workload, analyzing workforce trends, and implementing strategies to improve workforce productivity. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential in this role to effectively coordinate with team members and management.
