Job Description
Support the Wholesale Sales Team – USA
Processing orders, invoicing customers, customer onboarding, and product uploads.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.
Provide customer support through email and phone to resolve issues.
General office administration and problem-solving.
Internal collaboration with inventory management and warehouse team.
