Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative, where you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with travel-related services. Your key responsibilities will include managing inbound and outbound inquiries, facilitating flight, hotel, and transportation bookings, and providing support for fare quotes, itinerary changes, and cancellations. Additionally, you will effectively resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
No prior experience is required, as we offer comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, familiarity with basic phone and computer usage, and must be Filipino citizens or have the appropriate residency status. A minimum of a high school diploma is also required.
This is a full-time position with a salary ranging from Php18,987.00 to Php27,912.00 per month. Work is conducted in person.
