Job Responsibilities:
- Responding to emails and other written correspondence.
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory; ordering new supplies when necessary.
- Managing schedules and appointments for executives or managers.
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations using computer software.
- Coordinating meetings and events, including scheduling and arranging for catering needs.
- Handling financial tasks like processing payments and expense reports.
Job Qualifications:
- Amenable to working onsite.
- High School/SHS Graduate minimum.
- Can start immediately.
- Average to Good communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
