Job Description
UBIX Corporation is seeking a dedicated Work Controller to join our team. You will ensure all service calls are responded to within two hours, coordinate non-technical problems with relevant departments, and manage drum and parts replacements. Your duties will include handling calls from service engineers, submitting Service Intensive Machine reports, and assisting management as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday
