Job Description
UBIX Corporation is seeking a dedicated Work Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely responses to service calls within two hours, coordinating non-technical issues with relevant departments, and monitoring drum replacements, parts replacements, and preventive maintenance tasks assigned to service engineers.
The Work Controller will also manage call communications with service engineers and technical specialists, submit service-intensive machine reports to the FSD manager, and perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
This position offers a full-time, permanent opportunity with a schedule from Monday to Friday.
