Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Work From Home Payment and Customer Service Representative at Zimi Tech Inc. As a representative, your main responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, process payments, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Process payments and resolve any payment-related issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers
